Kollosche is an Australian real estate business specialising in luxury homes. The project focused on redefining the brand’s language through a new tone of voice campaign, Step Into Your Luxury, establishing a clearer and more confident way of speaking to its audience. Built around the idea of movement and progression, the concept became a foundation for the broader brand system, informing how the brand is expressed across touchpoints. The result is a language that feels aspirational, directional, and aligned with the experience Kollosche represents.

The idea of “stepping” was expressed through a visual language focused on movement and momentum. Vertical lines shift in weight, creating a sense of progression and forward motion. This system became a flexible brand tool, reinforcing the campaign through a subtle but directional graphic rhythm.

A considered approach was taken to strategy and art direction, allowing individual agents to be expressed through their local context and selling environment. Imagery, tone, and presentation were tailored to reflect the character of each area, ensuring the brand felt personal rather than uniform
