EXPERTISE
BRAND IDEATION
“I build brands as complete worlds, where visual identity, language, and sensory cues are considered together. Success is when everything works in harmony across physical and digital touchpoints, creating a cohesive and instinctive experience.”
STRATEGIC DIRECTION
“I treat strategy as a working blueprint. By defining the objective and understanding the audience, decisions are shaped from the end goal backwards, creating a clear and considered journey.”
BRAND STEWARDSHIP
“I approach stewardship as a long term partnership, providing clear frameworks and practical guidance that support confident decision making. When stewardship works, consistency becomes natural and the brand retains its clarity and sense of place over time.”
ABOUT
Mattia Pellegrini is a Creative Director and Brand Designer working at the intersection of brand, culture, and experience.
His practice centres on translating the heart of a business into a clear and considered brand, guiding how it is expressed over time. Working closely with founders and leadership teams, he defines creative direction with clarity and intent. With a background in architecture and a passion for identity, strategy, and positioning, hospitality and lifestyle have become a natural extension of his thinking.

His work includes shaping the barefoot luxury of The House at Lizard Island, refining the contemporary language of Jac+ Jack, and collaborating with global hospitality brands including Sofitel and The Peninsula.
“A brand is not defined simply by how it looks. It is defined by the world it creates and how people feel when they leave it.”
Leading integrated brand initiatives across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints, Mattia ensures every expression of the brand feels aligned and intentional. Grounded in clarity of concept and respect for context, his work balances creative expression with structure and pace, resulting in brands that are built to last.
